Please read all our terms carefully before using this platform. By creating an account or making any transaction on he333, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.
General Provisions and Definitions
he333 operates an online gaming and entertainment platform for users in Bangladesh. The definitions of various terms used in these Terms are provided below.
1.1 Definitions
- "Platform" — The he333.bar website and all services provided through it.
- "User" / "Member" — Any person who has created an account on the Platform or is using its services.
- "Account" — Each user's own registered profile through which they access the Platform's services.
- "Balance" — The amount of funds deposited in the account that can be used for games or betting.
- "Bonus" — Additional funds or benefits granted by the Platform that are available subject to specific conditions.
1.2 Changes to the Terms
he333 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
The minimum age to use he333's services is 21 (twenty-one) years. Only those aged 21 or above may create an account on this Platform. We reserve the right to verify age at any time. Providing a false age will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all winnings.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, bank account, mobile number, or identity document is strictly prohibited. If it is proven that someone is operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all funds held in those accounts will be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. If any information changes, you must notify our support team immediately. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Rules
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds to he333: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 (three hundred taka).
- Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Deposits via third parties are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.
- The deposited amount must be entirely legitimate funds and may not come from any illegal source.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The withdrawal process generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours to complete. Notable conditions:
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used at the time of deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held if any bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- Withdrawal requests may be temporarily held if identity verification is required.
- he333 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request for verification if fraud is suspected.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at he333 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳14,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, making the total balance ৳22,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus portion only, not the combined deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
4.3 General Conditions for Bonus Use
- An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- While a bonus is active, you cannot directly withdraw from the bonus balance.
- he333 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- A bonus applies to one account only — if multiple family members use accounts from the same device or network, only one account will receive the bonus.
- If evidence of using a bonus for fraudulent purposes is found, the account will be closed.
Gaming and Betting Rules
5.1 General Rules of Play
The following general rules apply to the use of all games and sports betting services available on he333:
- Once a game has started, bets cannot be cancelled, unless the specific rules of that game state otherwise.
- If a round or bet is left incomplete due to a technical error, he333 reserves the right to cancel or adjust the relevant bet.
- Where applicable, the game provider's rules will act as a supplement to he333's rules.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on he333:
- Playing games using any bot, automated software, or AI.
- Coordinating bets across multiple accounts to fulfill bonus requirements ("bonus hunting").
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account or trying to steal their information.
- Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the Platform.
- Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards
he333's VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers weekly cashback based on regular play:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
VIP tier is determined based on consistent activity and participation on the Platform. he333 reserves the right to change VIP Program benefits at any time.
Account Suspension and Cancellation
7.1 he333's Rights
he333 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account without prior notice in the following situations:
- Violation of any part of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
- Providing false information or concealing identity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Operating an account through a third party.
7.2 User Request to Close Account
You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. You will be given the opportunity to complete any pending withdrawals before the account is closed, unless it is being cancelled due to a breach of the Terms.
Limitation of Liability
he333 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, he333's liability is limited in the following matters:
- If a game or bet is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or a problem with your device.
- For issues arising from errors in a third-party game provider's system.
- For the consequences of your own negligence in protecting the security of your account.
- If service is disrupted due to force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives, etc.).
